Synopsis Invited Feedback Importance (/10, author rated :-) )
Defect distributions for two products from very different applications areas show that users notice defects much more easily in the graphical user interface than they do in the underlying server even when the server is entirely responsible for the accuracy of the results. This serves as an important warning for users to be a little more careful in inspecting the quality of the output rather than just the way it is presented. The concept is here presented as GUI blindness.None yet9
