Synopsis and invited feedback
Peer review is important and acquiring competent reviewers is becoming a major problem for the journals today so I will be very happy to include constructive comment (positive or negative) with acknowledgement. If I am not competent to judge your commentary I will try and find somebody who is.
If you would like to provide feedback just e-mail me here.

My professorial lecture at Kingston - thanks to so many of you who came. These annual events are for all and intended to disseminate useful information about computer systems. I feel that the public at large is owed an apology for the fact that:-
- The UK has wasted so much money on impossibly ambitious and incompetently managed software projects which have yielded appalling value for money at a difficult time for all of us.
- The dehumanising aspects, incomprehensible interfaces and unquestioning trust, (Computer says ...)
- The difficulties in securing them from the wave of spams, scams and other electronic malignancies and the rise of identity theft
As I keep saying to little avail, we could do so much better. | None yet | 9 |
